Crosspost privacy policy

What Crosspost is

Crosspost is a personal dashboard that runs on its owner's own computer. It lets the owner publish their own videos to their own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses

When the owner signs in with Google, Crosspost asks for permission to upload videos to the owner's YouTube channel and to read the channel's name and ID (the YouTube upload and read-only scopes). Instagram and TikTok sign-ins ask for the equivalent permissions to post and to read the account name.

How it is used

Only to upload the videos the owner chooses, set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and show the connected account's name. Nothing else is done with the data.

Where it is stored

Sign-in tokens and videos are stored only on the owner's own computer. They are not sent to, or stored on, any server run by the developer, and they are not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting an account in Crosspost deletes its stored tokens.

This website

This site (crosspost-login.pages.dev) is a static page hosted by Cloudflare. After a sign-in, the browser returns here and is immediately forwarded to the owner's computer. The one-time sign-in code is part of the page address, so Cloudflare's servers may see it in standard request logs; this site does not read, store or use it, and the code cannot be used without the app's private key.

Google user data

Crosspost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in the Instagram and TikTok account settings.

Contact

Questions can be sent to the developer through the support email shown on the Google sign-in screen.
